At Southwestern Public Health (SWPH) we offer free dental clinics for kids, teens, and seniors to help keep your smile healthy. How do you book your appointment?

Booking your free dental visit is easy:

  1. Choose the clinic closest to you

  2. Call to schedule your appointment:

    • St. Thomas site: 519-631-9900, ext. 1337

    • Woodstock site: 519-421-9901, ext. 3510

  3. Mark your calendar and arrive on time

Please remember that all clinics require an appointment.

What happens at the clinic?

At your visit, you’ll meet one of our friendly dental professionals. Here’s what they’ll do:

  • Check your teeth and gums for any problems

  • Clean your teeth to help prevent cavities and gum disease

  • Share simple tips to keep your mouth healthy at home

  • Refer you to other dental services if you need extra care

Woodstock Site

East Elgin Family Health Centre (Healthy Smiles Ontario Program)

Wednesdays, 9:00 a.m. – 3:40 p.m.

Oxford County Community Health Centre (Seniors Dental Care Program)

35 Metcalf Street, Woodstock
Mondays and Tuesdays, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
