The Healthy Schools Team here at Southwestern Public Health promotes mental health in schools. We provide:

Programs and lessons
We are offering two main programs.
1. Mental Health Series
This series is available to all elementary schools in our area. It includes lessons, activities, and resources on important mental health topics. We can offer it in an electronic format or in person.
2. Healthy Relationships Plus
We offer this program to Grade 7 and 8 students with local school boards. It teaches students:
