Dog bite incident in Ingersoll on March 12, 2025
Southwestern Public Health is seeking assistance in identifying a dog involved in a bite incident that occurred on March 12, 2025, at approximately 7 p.m. near the water tower on Wonham Street in Ingersoll.
The dog is described as a small, brown, short-furred dog, and the owner as a young female.
Please note that the dog and its owner are not in any trouble. We are trying to confirm the dog’s vaccination status to assess the risk of rabies exposure for the person who was bitten.
