COVID-19 Resources for Workplaces and Employers
We’re here to help you keep your employees and customers safe from COVID-19. This guide covers important steps like vaccines, screening, masks, and what to do if there’s an outbreak.
1. Set up a workplace vaccination policy
Having a workplace vaccination policy helps protect everyone. Encourage your employees to get their COVID-19 booster shots as suggested by the National Advisory Committee on Immunization.
-
Letter of Recommendation for Workplace Vaccination Policies (Issued September 20, 2021)
2. Screen for COVID-19 symptoms
Screening helps stop the spread by making sure sick employees stay home. Use a screening tool if someone:
-
Has COVID-19 symptoms
-
Was near someone with COVID-19
-
Has a sick family member at home
-
Is visiting someone who’s at high risk
Use this tool: COVID-19 Online Screening Tool
3. Decide on mask policies
Masks are no longer required in most places as of June 11, 2022. But wearing masks can still reduce the spread of COVID-19. You might want to keep a mask policy for indoor areas, especially if people are close together.
