SWPH Contest Rules and Regulations
Share your story about the healing power of compassion for a chance to win!
This year's Mental Health Week is all about compassion. Did you know that giving compassion feels as good as receiving it? Research has found that when we extend kindness, our bodies release oxytocin - the 'feel good' hormone. Compassion is not just about being kind to others, it's also about extending that same kindness on to ourselves.
Let's connect over our common humanity! Share your stories about how compassion healed you for a chance to win one of three (3) spa gift cards valued at $100.
Here is how to enter:
- Share a public post on Facebook or Instagram that explains how compassion has had a powerful impact on your life
- Tag your entry using the hashtag #SWPHContest
- Include whether you live in Oxford County, Elgin County, or the City of St. Thomas
- Enter between May 6-12, 2024
Three (3) winners will be selected at random to each win a spa gift card valued at $100.
Eligibility: Open to adults aged 18+ in Oxford County, Elgin County or the City of St. Thomas via Facebook and Instagram public posts only that meet the above criteria. No purchase necessary. Winners will be selected by random draw for a total of three (3) prize giveaways. Multiple posts do not provide additional entries into the draw.
