Accessibility
Southwestern Public Health (SWPH) makes sure our services and facilities are accessible to people with disabilities. If you have a disability, we will:
- Provide services in a way that respects your dignity and independence
- Provide services to you in the same way(s) that we provide them to other people. This is unless a temporary or permanent alternate measure is necessary.
- Communicate with you in a way that takes your disability into account
- Allow you to use your assistive devices as much as possible. This includes your support person, service animal, communication aid, cognition aid, mobility aid and/or medical aid
- Provide equal opportunity for you to access our services
