As part of our funding agreement with the Ministry of Health, the Board of Health for Southwestern Public Health (SWPH) measures and reports its performance on a variety of indicators.
SWPH delivers mandated programs and services under the Ontario Public Health Standards and is regulated by the Ontario Health Promotion and Protection Act.
