How can I submit a smoking complaint?
If you have questions or see an individual or business not in compliance with the Smoke-Free Ontario (SFOA), 2017, please submit a complaint to Southwestern Public Health's Tobacco Enforcement team by:

You can also submit an anonymous complaint about smoking in your workplace through Take Your Butt Outside.
For tobacco offences witnessed on school property, please complete this "Smoke-Free Ontario Act, School Report of Offence" form. Email our Tobacco Enforcement Officer for follow-up.
